I love traveling and being in the natural environment around me. I frequently go on roadtrips to different parts of the US, hikes, bike/kayak rides, drives, and will try to travel out of the country every chance I can get. Getting lost in the environment and moment, I love to capture stories around me. I started curating these photos into scenes of 4 to tell a story of what I see. During this photography process, I’ve learned a lot about myself, colors I gravitate towards, different ways to frame photographs, and my love for nostalgia.
‘Scenes I See’ is a series of 1/1 photo scenes stacked in a story of 4. Photos captured on adventures with friends, family, and by myself. Whether in the mountains, on the coast, driving around in my car, or just looking into the sky, I love freezing the moments I see. This body of work is curated to embody stories of nostalgia, peace, mystery, exploration, and however the viewer may feel from each scene. Come join the journey. This is how I view the world around me.
This collection is an ongoing project and will eventually be put into a 50 page book.
